Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship worldwide! Shipping within Mainland UK is free (with no minimum spend) and we have multiple international shipping options.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days and are shipped with Royal Mail. If you selected 1st Class shipping, Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day including Saturdays. If you selected 2nd Class shipping, Royal Mail aim to deliver within two to three working days including Saturdays.
Q. I'm in a rush. Can you ship my order sooner?
A. If you need your order as soon as possible, simply pop a message in the notes upon checkout to let us know and we'll do our best to ship your order as quickly as we can. Please ensure you select 1st Class shipping.
Q. My order is a gift for someone. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. You can rest easy knowing that all orders come gift wrapped. We usually include a thank you card in our orders so if you'd prefer for us to include a note or message for the recipient, please add your message in the checkout notes and we'll take care of the rest.
Q. Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
A. We do! You're able to purchase e-gift cards through our online store under 'Accessories'. Please note the e-gift card will be sent to the email address provided so if you'd like to send this as a gift you may want to add the recipients email address.
Q. Am I able to find customer reviews anywhere?
A. You can read all of our customer reviews on our rated 'Excellent' Trustpilot page. Our Trustpilot reviews are 'verified' which means they have been written by a past customer through a private invitation so you know they are 100% genuine.
Q. What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?
A. We really hope you love any items purchased through Rocco & The Fox, but if you’re not happy and would like to return an item: Please do so within 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For your item to be eligible for return, your item must be unused, arrive in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. We only accept refunds on full price items; sale items cannot be refunded. To complete your return please email email@example.com to let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We will then issue you with the next steps on how to return your items.
Q. How are your clothes made?
A. Ensuring our clothes were not just beautiful but high-quality was of paramount importance to us. We spent a lot of time searching for the right manufacturer and are delighted to have developed a relationship with an incredible manufacturer who specialise in high-quality baby clothing. We work directly with one another to bring our ideas to life. Moreover we're also able to follow a code of ethics whereby all clothing is not only of top quality but also complies with SGS, ASTM and WRAP standards. The quality of our clothing is something we're often praised for in our Trustpilot reviews.
Q. Do you really plant a tree for every order?
A. Yes! For every order we receive we use part of the profit to fund a tree being planted. So far we have already planted over 400 trees in Madagascar and Mozambique and are excited to increase this number with our One-For-One program. You can follow our progress here.
